Another movie with the boys?

There are some rumours that McFly have another movie project, but nothing is confirmed and it seems like all we know is still a bit in the greyzone. The original was written on spanish, so Kel (Fizz Rocks) got it all translated online. Therefore it's not accurate, but we all get an idea of what it's all about. Here's what we know:

November 24, McFly publishes Radio Activate, a CD + DVD with its last album and an engraved concert in the stadium of Wembley.

Seven singles in the nº1 in United Kingdom, Better International Group in the Brit Awards, 100 million people visiting its official web, 11 million reproductions in MySpace, almost 2.5 million disks sold through a newspaper... The Beatles? Not, it is McFly, the explosive British band that has snatched to the quartet of Liverpool the historic record to be the youngest group in debuting in the nº1 in its country.

November 24, McFly publishes in Spain Radio Activate, a CD + DVD that contains the album of the same title, the last one published by the band, and a spectacular engraved concert in the stadium of Wembley (London) with all the successes, and are many, of the quartet Londoner.

The album has been launched in UK with the periodic one Mail On Sunday selling more than 2.4 million copies and 3 singles of great success have been launched (One For The Radio, Bundle and Gave Already).

It was during this tour, in the concert celebrated in the mythical setting of Wembley, where was recorded in direct the DVD that is included in this edition next to the CD. It filmed by the director Paul Caslin (nominated to the Grammy 2008 by its long-term video of Rihanna), the DVD was nº1 in the British lists and contains 17 songs that travel through the successful life of the band. There they are in direct themes as One For The Radio, Everybody Knows, Going Through The Motions, Obviously, Transylvania, Corrupted, P.O.V., Falling In Love, Star Girl, That Girl, Gave Already, Black or White, Room on the 3rd Floor, All About You, The Last Song, Bundle, 5 Colours in her Hair...

This CD + DVD is a stupendous one I review for the brilliant career of McFly and an excellent reflection of its powerful music and its energetic one put in scene, something that has characterized to the band since its creation. Tom Fletcher (voice, guitar), Danny Jones (voice, guitar), Dougie Poynter (voice, low) and Harry Judd (battery), these two last recruited through an announcement in the magazine NME, they are McFly, the band of rock pop music formed in London in 2004 with the name adopted of Marty McFly, the personage of Return to the future, their favorite movie starred in by Michael J. Fox.

Tom, Danny, Dougie and Harry patrolled the 20 years when its first album (Room on the 3rd Floor, 2004), was nº1 in United Kingdom and double Disk of Platinum. With the second (Wonderland, 2005) the band repeated nº1 in its country and was nº9 in the United States. Later they arrived Motion in the Ocean in 2006, the large successes All the Greatest Hits in 2007 and Radio Activate in 2008. By the end of 2008, McFly had situated seven singles in the nº1 of the British lists and 15 among the ten first.

In these five years of career, McFly has earned plenty of prizes: nine Smash Hits, a Brit, an UK Festival, two Virgin, three Nickelodeon... Its singles nº1 have been seven: 5 Colours in Her Hair, Obviously, All About You, I' ll Be Ok, Gift' t stop Sign Me Now, Star Girl and Baby' s Coming Back. The three DVD that has published the band also they have been nº1: The Wondeland Tour 2005, All The Greatest Hits and Radio Activate. Two of their albums (Room on the 3rd Floor and Wonderland), also they have been nº1. And as if that were not enough, McFly has engraved this year the main theme of the movie Dragon Ball, in 2008 composed the beneficial official single Children In Need, the chain Fox projects for 2010 a movie with the band as the protagonist...

It is McFly, a band that inherits the best of the tradition of the British pop music, that prompts it with energy toward the future and that has broken the borders from its country upon succeeding also in the United States, Brazil, Argentina... November 24, McFly publishes in Spain the CD + DVD Radio Activate. For lose it to him not.
I'm not sure what's going on, are they gonna be in the film? Are they making the film? But what I think is most possible, is that maybe they're making the soundtracks to this film and that these songs also are in the cathegory 'science fiction' and so on.. But still, this is just a rumour, we don't know anything for sure. We'll have to wait and see I guess.
